Experience | Having started out as the office junior in the office of a sole practitioner, I gained a broad range of knowledge. I became a legal secretary and then progressed to legal executive. I have worked in small to medium sized firms, the last 15 of which have been for Richard Beca. I undertake a wide range of work from residential sales and purchases to assisting Richard with commercial sales and purchases. I also complete financing, subdivisions, leasing, trusts, wills and estates. In addition to the legal work I look after the day to day running of the practice, including the administration of the trust account. |

My areas of practice include residential sale and purchase, subdivisions, wills, trusts and estates, general commercial including the sale and purchase of business and leasing and I also act for private lenders in relation to financing and mortgage recovery. |

Experience | In South Africa I predominantly did residential property work, trusts, wills, estates and divorces. Since moving to New Zealand I have done residential property work, development work, gifting, property law act notices, wills and trusts. I have been at Beca & Co for 4 years. |
